This position opening is to be located at our Winchester, VA location.

The overall duties of a Hauling Manager Include:
- Plan, organize, and manage hauling staff to ensure work is completed and consistent with the company's standards.
- Read erection drawings to store finished pieces in correct location based on length and width.
- Update tracking spreadsheet to determine yard space.
- Coordinate with Tool Room to unload materials with Mi-Jack upon arrival at plant.
- Direct investigations to verify and resolve customer or shipper complaints.
- Arrange repairs and routine maintenance of transportation vehicles.
- Comply with transportation-related regulations, as well as safety rules and government regulations.
- Keep organized records of vehicles, schedules and completed orders
- Stay up to date on all safety regulations.
- Create and maintain partnerships with eligible third-party DOT drivers.
- Ensure all drivers have correct and up to date qualifications.
- Maintain and complete accurate records.
- Must adhere to all Metromont and OSHA safety rules and regulations.
- Housekeeping as needed to maintain work area, tools, and equipment in a clean and orderly manner.

Education and Technology:
