We are seeking enthusiastic and driven individuals to contribute to our 2025 harvest. Responsibilities:
Grape processing and sorting.
Fermentation management (punch-downs, pump-overs, additions).
Tank, press and barrel cleaning and sanitation.
Wine transfers and racking.
General cellar maintenance and organization.
Assisting with pressing and other harvest-related tasks as assigned by the winemaking team.
Minimum Qualifications:
Strong work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude.
Self-motivated, team-oriented, and reliable.
Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods (10+ hours per day).
Flexibility to work weekends and overtime during the dynamic harvest season.
No previous harvest experience required.
A passion for wine and a willingness to learn.
Compensation:
$20-$26 per hour depending on experience
