Job Description: Position: Hardware Room Inventory Control Specialist
Responsibilities:- Manage and oversee the check-in/check-out process for hardware room inventory.
- Maintain, inventory, and control hardware both offsite and onsite.
- Collaborate with various departments to receive and ship hardware to vendors and offshore operation sites.
- Assist and work with team members and engineering personnel to ensure all shipment paperwork is in proper order and generate appropriate shipping documentation.
- Monitor hardware inventory, report discrepancies (damaged, missing items, etc.) to personnel and management when appropriate.
- Work with team members to resolve hardware issues regarding replacement or missing items.
- Collaborate with hardware room personnel and shipping and receiving team to prepare hardware for shipping to various vendors for repair.
- Contribute to driving future improvements to Test Floor environment.
- Must be willing and able to lift hardware weighing up to 35 lbs.
- Must be willing to work in a multi-tasking, fast-paced, team-oriented working environment.
Required Skills:- Proficient with inventory control and tracking.
- Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
- General administrative skills (paperwork, filing).
- Good communication skills.

Required Education:- Associate Degree in Technology from a vocational school or other accredited two-year program.
Required Years of Experience: Desired Skills:- Proficient with inventory control and tracking.
