You Are:

As a Hardware Engineering Manager specializing in FPGA Prototyping, you are a dynamic leader with a passion for innovation and technology. You possess a robust understanding of electrical and electronic engineering principles, and you excel at integrating IP, designing simulation models, and validating systems both in simulation and hardware environments. Your technical expertise spans across VHDL, Verilog, System Verilog, and FPGA synthesis tools. You are proficient in programming languages such as C/C+, Python, MATLAB, and Tcl, and you are comfortable working with board schematics and layouts. Your organizational skills are top-notch, and you communicate effectively with cross-functional teams. You are self-motivated, detail-oriented, and possess strong problem-solving skills. As a leader, you inspire your team to achieve excellence and foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Integrating IP and designing wrapper and support blocks for SerDes products like USB and PCIe.
  • Creating and validating simulation models to ensure system accuracy and performance.
  • Defining and implementing testbenches for thorough system validation.
  • Conducting system-level testing and validation on FPGA platforms.
  • Collaborating with a cross-functional team of analog and digital designers, and hardware engineers.
  • Utilizing state-of-the-art equipment in our R&D lab for high-speed test and debug activities.

  • Driving the successful integration and validation of advanced IP blocks for next-generation SerDes products.
  • Ensuring the robustness and reliability of our FPGA prototypes through meticulous design and testing.

  • Enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of system-level validation processes.
  • Mentoring and leading a team of talented engineering professionals, fostering innovation and technical excellence.

What You'll Need:

  • Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
  • Strong expertise in logic/RTL design using VHDL, Verilog, and System Verilog.
  • Proficiency in FPGA synthesis, place & route, and debug tools.
  • Experience with optimization and timing closure methodologies.
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as C/C+, Python, MATLAB, and Tcl.
