Hardware Design Engineer Level 1 with Security Clearance

This is a full-time position, and requires a TS/SCI/Full Scope Polygraph Clearance. 2HB Incorporated is seeking a Hardware Design Engineer to support its government customer in Columbia, MD . Essential Responsibilities: Candidate should have a basic understanding of VSAT design and field integration, be able to conduct remote site surveys, and perform RF interference detection/mitigation practices while working closely with customer and site personnel to maintain current hardware and provide refresh/new deployment support. Required Experience:
•RF Spectrum
•RF Test, Management, Diagnostic Equipment (TMDE)
•Systematic troubleshooting processes
•Read and understand wiring diagrams
•Read and understand Technical Manuals
•Fiber optical installation, troubleshooting, and repair
•Experience in RF Communications Systems (Antenna Apertures, Antenna Servo Systems, RF Feed Assembly, Low noise Amplifiers, Frequency converters, Antenna control units) Qualifications: Three (3) years experience as a HDE in integrated circuit or microelectronic component design or reverse engineering of the same is required. This is a full-time position, and requires a TS/SCI/Full Scope Polygraph Clearance.
