Mon-Fri 8:30a-5p WEEKENDS when required. FIT TEST REQUIRED. Needs 2+ years exp. Knowledge of hardware and software of W10, W11, VDI, Tablets, phones, printers. Provide support to users techs with positive attitude, team players, independent, able to provide support to users on on their software and hardware. Break fix issues on Windows 10 desktop, laptops, VDI, phones+ Dress Code- Smart casual. SCR CLEARANCE REQUIRED - MAIN SITE WBH BUT WILL FLOAT TO OTHER NYP CAMPUSES AS NEEDED
