Job Responsibilities:
As a crew member, you will:
  • Greet and smile at guests to create a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Ensure guests receive top-quality products and experiences.
  • Keep your work area clean, organized, and stocked.
  • Perform various responsibilities, including washing dishes, sweeping, mopping, and cleaning restrooms.
  • Demonstrate punctuality, attention to detail, and a friendly demeanor.
  • Collaborate with the team to prepare the restaurant for each shift.
  • Adhere to all HR, sanitation, safety, and security policies to maintain a safe environment.
Requirements:
You must be 16 years or older and able to meet the physical demands of the role, which includes lifting up to 60 pounds and standing for long periods. A love for a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and a positive attitude toward serving others is crucial.
