•  Extensive experience performing and training others in gynecological procedures, including pelvic exams, gynecological screenings, and evidence-based care practices
•  Training and experience in performing pelvic exams, Pap smears, and STI screening/treatment
•  Experience with preventive care, contraception counseling, and reproductive health services
•  Strong background in clinical education, mentorship, and procedural training.
•  Experience in clinical supervision and provider training
•  Recent experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems and telemedicine.
•  CPR/BLS certification Preferences:
•  Experience working in a university health setting, outpatient gynecology practice, or a clinical training environment
•  Additional certification or specialized training in gynecologic procedures or women's health
•  Experience developing and implementing training programs for healthcare providers
•  Familiarity with quality improvement initiatives, clinical policy development, and regulatory compliance
•  Knowledge of inclusive, patient-centered, and culturally competent gynecological care practices
•  Experience with LGBTQ+ inclusive care and PrEP prescribing
•  Supervisory or leadership experience in a clinical setting
