• Tuesdays & Fridays, 8am-5pm
• 2 days a week in clinic, some call

• Practice Setting: Office/Clinic & Hospital & Practice Call (GYN only)
• Average Number of Scheduled Patients Per Day: 30+
• Number of Exam Rooms: 8
• Onsite Lab & Ultrasound
• Office Equipment: LEEP Machine
• Percentage of Practice is Low Risk Pregnancy: No longer seeing new OB patients 10% remaining
• Percentage of Practice is GYN: 95%

• Requirements

• Board Certified
• FL License
• BLS
• Must be Local
• Must be okay with some aspects of OB
• Required Obstetrics Procedures:
  • Low Risk Pregnancy (i.e. History of Twins, Toxemia, Pyelonephritis, etc.)
  • FHR Interpretation - NST/CST/FSE","OB ultrasounds - Performance of Interpretation
  • OB ultrasounds - Performance of Level I/Screening (Viability)
  • OB ultrasounds - Performance of Level II/Targeted (Anatomic)
• Required Gynecology Procedures:
  • Office/Minor Gynecology -IUD, Cystoscopy, Colposcopy, Cryosurgery, LEEP, etc.
  • Surgical Gynecology - Open
  • Operative/Major (Includes Diagnostic) - Ectopic Pregnancy, Ovary Removal, Cystectomy, Extensive LOA's

• Call

• Call Ratio: 1:4 (ED); 1:2 (Practice)

• Support Staff

• 1 MA per provider, 2 LPN's to manage surgical scheduling & patient follow up calls
• APP coverage: 1 APP with physician backup

• EMR
