If surgery is needed, most referrals are made to the nearby hospital. The expected patient volume for GYN is approximately 15 scheduled patients per day, with 2-4 clinics per month. The facility provides support staff consisting of a mix of RN, LPN, and techs to assist with the medical clinics. However, providers are expected to handle their own documentation, as there is no dedicated staff for charting purposes.
