We are currently looking for a Team Lead to help oversee a Ropes Course in our Reading, MA location.
The schedule varies between nights, holiday and weekends.
The starting pay rate for this position is $19.00 per hour

Responsibilities
Responsibilities we need you to perform
- Leading, motivating, and developing your team
- Greeting and assisting guests
- Answering questions regarding film content, ratings, and show times
- Selling tickets utilizing ticketing equipment
- Handling cash and credit cards accurately
- Serving food and drinks
- Maintaining cleanliness of concession stand and theater
- Assisting with coordinatingthe schedules and activities of Guest Service Representatives
- Providing courteous service/assistance to store and theatre visitors
Qualifications
Here's what skills we need you to bring
- Be able to lead and mentor a team and be a role model
- Ability to apply a high level of courtesy and professionalism to all guests in person and over the phone
- 6 months - 1 year of related experience preferred
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to speak in front of a large audience
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be 18 years or older
