Guest Services Representative

CA Starting Pay: $21 per hour, Full-Time, Mon-Fri in our corporate office in downtown Ventura

What We Want- A Guest Services Representative who loves to provide exceptional service.

• Manage high volume of incoming email and phone calls
• Identify and assess guests' needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with guests through open and interactive communication
• Handle guest complaints professionally, providing appropriate solutions/alternatives efficiently and quickly
• Follow up to ensure resolution of any issues
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
• Go above and beyond to engage and retain guests

What You Need:

• Proven customer support experience or experience as a Guest Service Representative preferably in the hospitality/restaurant industry
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Ability to adapt/respond to various temperaments in a diplomatic and empathetic manner

Requirements:

• Must be able to work on-site in Ventura
• Strong phone/email contact handling skills and active listening
• Strong writing skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• MS Outlook and GSuite experience (email and calendar) preferred

Education and/or Experience:

• High School diploma or equivalent is required
• Interest in Marketing is a bonus
