Job Title: Guest Services Representative
Company: The Goodstone Inn & Restaurant
Reports To: Guest Services Manager Schedule: Mornings, Mid-day, Evenings (5 days a week), including Weekends

As the first point of contact, you'll join a high-energy team committed to outstanding hospitality-from handling reservations and welcoming guests to ensuring a smooth check-in and departure experience. Your role is key in anticipating and fulfilling guest needs with warmth and efficiency.
Responsibilities and Duties
Provide the highest quality of service to the guests at all times, anticipate guest needs, and exceed their expectations.
Personal accountability for achieving established guest service standards
Handle guest reservations; always answer the telephone within two rings with a smile and answer questions accordingly or transfer as needed.
Ability to read, analyze, interpret, and effectively explain common reports, guest folios, and emergency procedures.
Effectively operate the inn's computer systems (Maestro and Aloha).
Possess working knowledge of all reservation procedures.
Follow the correct check-in/check-out Goodstone procedures.
Communicate with the team and management professionally and positively.
Ensure the security and confidentiality of all guest and hotel information and material.
Attend work on time as scheduled and adhere to the attendance policy.
Assist Concierge Services as needed, arranging and coordinating guest experiences on-site.
Qualifications and Skills
1+ year of hospitality or customer service experience
Strong computer and typing skills (Microsoft Office proficiency)
Excellent verbal and written communication
Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented
Able to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently under pressure
Team player with a positive, flexible attitude
Fluent in spoken and written English
Must be at least 18 years old
