- Classification: Full-Time
- Shift: AM and PM availability required - must be available to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Pay Rate: $19/hour plus full-time benefits

Your Responsibilities: As a Guest Services Representative, you will manage the check-in and check-out processes while addressing inquiries about local dining, attractions, hotel hours, and other guest requests. Your specific duties will include:
- Welcoming and facilitating the check-in process for guests and group arrivals
- Completing check-out for departing guests using hotel systems
- Serving as a primary contact for guests, effectively managing requests, inquiries, and complaints
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of hotel products, services, pricing, and special offers as well as daily VIPs and events
- Providing information, advice, and booking assistance for a range of guest inquiries
- Maximizing sales revenues through upselling and incentivization
- Performing general incoming communication duties, including taking reservations via phone and electronic systems
