The Guest Coordinator Lead is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front desk at The Urgency Room as well as ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction. This role involves supporting and precepting front desk staff, inventory and banking, handling administrative tasks, and maintaining an efficient and welcoming environment for guests. The Guest Coordinator Lead plays a crucial role in creating a positive first impression and ensuring smooth and effective front desk operations. Pay for this position is $22.00 - $28.00.
Schedule The hours for this position includes a mixture of day and evening shifts. Scheduled hours will range from 7am - 10pm. Travel to other Urgency Room locations is required on an as needed basis.
Minimum Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and office equipment
Preferred Qualifications - Associate's degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) and insurance systems
- Bilingual abilities are a plus
Responsibilities - Provide guidance & support to the front desk staff including training and precepting new employees
- Greet and assist guest upon arrival, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere
- Oversee daily front desk operations and ensure a smooth workflow
- Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate information and support
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and feedback to improve service delivery
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure a cohesive approach to guest care and satisfaction
