An outdoor event and recreational client of Insight Global is looking for Guest Services staff for an ongoing part time opportunity. Our client, based in the heart of West Omaha, operates a community gathering space and park for outdoor events and activities. In this role, you will be the face of the park, providing customer service to all visitors, distributing recreational equipment, set up and coordination of events and lawn games, and other associated duties.
Responsibilities
- Providing excellent customer service to all guests and park visitors, giving information and assistance and collecting feedback as needed
- Inventory Management and Equipment Lending
- Lawn Game setup and breakdown
- Event Support from beginning to end, including setup, breakdown, decorations, and event coordination
- General Safety and Cleanliness Monitoring for all event and areas, informing the appropriate parties of any hazards or maintenance needs
- Further Duties as needed
Qualifications
- 2+ years of Customer/Guest Service experience in a hotel, front desk, restaurant, concierge, or other customer facing environment
- Inventory Management and general organization
- Ability to stand for 8 hours at a time and lift up to 50lbs
- Weekend Availability and open to a flexible schedule
- Basic Knowledge of Outdoor Recreation
