As a Guest Services Associate, you'll be the friendly face that welcomes guests and ensures they have a seamless and enjoyable stay. From check-ins and check-outs to handling inquiries and special requests, you'll play a key role in creating memorable guest experiences. This position requires strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced hospitality environment. • Welcome guests with a warm smile and assist with check-ins, check-outs, and reservations.

• Answer calls, manage emails, and keep things running smoothly at the front desk.

Customer Service Skills - A friendly, welcoming attitude and a passion for providing excellent guest experiences.
Communication Skills - Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with guests and team members professionally.
Problem-Solving Ability - Quick thinking and a proactive approach to resolving guest issues and concerns.
Attention to Detail - Accuracy in handling reservations, payments, and guest requests.
Multitasking & Time Management - The ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Team Player Mentality - Willingness to collaborate with colleagues and support hotel operations.
Basic Computer Skills - Comfort using hotel management software, email, and phone systems.
• Flexibility - Availability to work various shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed. Preferred but not required:
• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service.
• Knowledge of local attractions and hotel services. Compensation: $18 hourly
