If you are a current Esthetician student this is an ideal opportunity for you to begin an entry level position with the leader in the wax industry. Compensation: - Competitive compensation including HOURLY WAGE + PERFORMANCE INCENTIVES + BONUS PAY + PRODUCT DISCOUNTS + FREE WAX SERVICE for motivated individuals paid bi-weekly
- Hourly Base Pay: $13-15 per hour
Job Duties: - Educating guests on the benefits of waxing consistently and recommending service packages and products that meet our guest needs
- Provide a smooth check in and check out process
- Schedule appointments and manage guest flow throughout the day
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the center
- Exceeding individual and team sales goals on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis
Job Qualifications: - Ability to work independently with limited supervision, as well as a team
- Positive, friendly, upbeat, dependable and detail oriented
- A passion for the beauty industry and making others look and feel their best
- Ability to work a flexible schedule which may include morning, evening, and weekends
- Sales Experience is strongly preferred
- Enjoy providing exceptional customer service in a fast paced environment
- The ability to positively receive and implement feedback
