Position Overview:
As a Substitute Guest Service Representative, you will step in to provide essential support during busy times or staff shortages. Your role will involve delivering excellent customer service, managing guest interactions, and ensuring a seamless experience for visitors at our campus.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome guests and students with warmth and professionalism.
  • Answer phone calls and handle inquiries regarding our programs and services.
  • Assist in scheduling and confirming appointments for beauty services.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and services rendered.
  • Address any guest concerns or feedback promptly and effectively.

Requirements

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education in hospitality or customer service is a bonus.
  • Prior experience in customer service or guest-facing roles preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective guest engagement.
  • Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM systems is advantageous.

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $14.00 and $15.00/hr.
