Nothing Bundt Cakes at the Pentagon is looking for a Guest Service Representative & Brand Ambassador to be the face of our brand in one of the most high-profile locations in the country.
About the Role
This role is more than just customer service-it's about creating moments of joy and building brand recognition through in-store hospitality, strategic marketing, and mobile sales operations.
As a Guest Service Representative & Brand Ambassador, you will:
- Deliver an outstanding guest experience by providing warm, friendly service and expert product knowledge.
- Engage in in-store marketing to drive sales and awareness through product sampling, upselling, and event coordination.
- Operate our "Joy Cart"-a mobile Nothing Bundt Cakes experience-bringing Bundt cakes directly to offices, departments, and special events inside the Pentagon.
- Represent the brand at promotional events to increase visibility and create long-term customer relationships.
- Handle transactions, maintain product displays, and manage inventory with precision and professionalism.
Who We're Looking For

• Polished and professional with strong communication skills and a personable demeanor.
• Experienced in high-end customer service, hospitality, or sales (previous experience in food service, retail, or luxury brands is a plus).
• Confident and proactive-able to engage with a diverse and influential clientele.
• Detail-oriented and organized, ensuring smooth operations of both in-store and mobile sales.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and comfortable being on their feet for extended periods.
