The Guest Service Representative at Hampton Inn & Suites in Alton, IL will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to hotel guests, assisting with reservations, check-ins, and check-outs, and resolving any guest issues or inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Responsibilities:
- Greets and checks-in guests in a friendly and efficient manner

- Processes reservations and payments accurately

Requirements:
