DUTIES INCLUDE:

• Greet all patients in a welcomingmanner
• Patient screening
• Wheelchair and sanitation assistance
• Communicate with guests effectively andoffer Way-finding
• Identifyadditional customer service opportunities
• Maintain strict patient confidentiality at all times
• Perform other related duties required to maintain a compassionate and safe environmentfor all patients, guests, and medical personnel.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Positive and friendly attitude
• COVID-19 VACCINATION
• Clean-cutappearance
• Fluent in English and well spoken
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check
• Minimum 2yrs customer service experience
