Responsibilities
  • Greet guests warmly upon their arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Answer phone calls promptly and provide information about the hotel, services, and local attractions.
  • Manage reservations and respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
  • Assist guests with their requests, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Handle guest complaints gracefully and efficiently, seeking resolution to enhance their experience.
  • Maintain knowledge of hotel policies and procedures to ensure compliance and proper communications.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms and common areas are clean and ready for guests.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality or related fields is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor with a can-do attitude.
  • Basic computer skills and competency is required, familiarity with Fosse or any hotel property management system is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Must be available to work the following shifts:
  • 6:00am - 2:00pm
  • 2:00pm - 10:00pm
  • 10:00pm - 6:00am
