Guest Service Agent

A Guest Service Agent is responsible for supporting the front desk operations, assisting guests with their needs, and handling guests' inquiries. Guest service representatives duties' include processing payments, answering telephones, entering reservations into the Property Management System, leading the guests to their respective rooms, responding to the guests' requests, maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the common areas along with other areas, laundry, performing administrative duties, being aware of activities happening in the area, providing Concierge Services, and suggesting recommendations for improving the guests' experience. A guest service representative must have excellent customer service and communication skills.
