Job Summary: The Guest Experience Manager is responsible for achieving store goals, promoting operational excellence, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience. This role involves driving sales growth, leading and developing the team, and maintaining compliance with company standards.
Key Responsibilities: - Promote a culture of accountability to meet or exceed store's sales goals

- Ensure compliance with company policies and standards for the store

Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2-3+ years of relevant retail management experience
- Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills
Working Conditions: - Continuous mobility throughout the store during shift
