Step into the vibrant role of Guest Experience Associate at Maple Leaf Market. You'll be at the heart of creating memorable moments for our guests. From merchandising and stocking to ensuring cleanliness and providing lightning-fast backup at the Point of Sale, you'll be the driving force behind our exceptional guest experiences and ensure every guest leaves with a smile.

What does a Guest Experience Associate do?
  • Operate a Point-of-Sale system under supervision of other staff, accepts payments from guests, issues correct change and properly bag purchases with the exception of age restricted products.
  • Stock/re-stock shelves, coolers, and displays. Periodically assists in counting inventory.
  • Prepare, serve and store food while adhering to proper food handling and sanitation procedures.
Work Experience

To be successful as a Guest Experience Associate, you'll need:
  • Be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Perform basic mathematical functions and to count money.
  • Recognize discrepancies and determine appropriate corrective action.
  • To be able to stand/walk for long periods of time and lift up to 41 - 50 pounds.
