About the Role: As a GTM Support Engineer, you will be the primary technical contact for our customers. You will oversee the entire technical relationship, from pre-sales to onboarding and ongoing success. You'll collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to align customer needs with product features, ensuring customer satisfaction and product adoption.
This is a high-impact role that blends engineering, product, and customer success, ideal for someone who thrives on technical challenges and enjoys customer interactions. What You'll Do: - Manage the technical delivery for each customer, guiding them through scoping, onboarding, integration, and ongoing support.
- Build strong relationships with engineering teams to enhance product usage and encourage adoption.
- Discover new use cases and growth opportunities within customer organizations.
- Translate customer feedback into actionable features, whether implementing them yourself or collaborating with engineering.
- Act as the representative voice of the customer within the company.
Requirements: - Experience in building or selling technically complex products.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly.
- Proficiency in simulation with SystemVerilog or similar, along with some formal verification experience.
- Experience in ASIC and/or SoC verification.
- Strong skills in front-end verification.
- Previous technical experience as a software engineer, sales engineer, or deployed engineer.
- Able to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments and eager to wear multiple hats.
- Demonstrated agility in learning and adapting quickly to new situations.
