Title: Growth Product Manager

Responsibilities:
- Partner with product, marketing, engineering, and analytics teams to drive growth initiatives.
- Optimize marketing flows across the subscription lifecycle, including acquisition, engagement, retention, and winback.
- Translate business needs into scalable platform capabilities.
- Co-develop a best-in-class growth program alongside the Lifecycle Marketing team.
- Prioritize growth initiatives, communicate the roadmap, and drive cross-functional execution.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and uncover continuous improvement opportunities.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of product management experience, with a focus on B2C marketing or ad tech.
- Deep expertise in subscription or recurring revenue models and growth strategies.
- Strong storytelling and presentation skills to influence stakeholders.
- Proactive, creative problem solver with sharp attention to detail.
- Proven track record working in matrixed, cross-functional teams.
- Experience leading global, high-impact projects.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degrees are a plus.
Hourly rate is commensurate with experience and is an estimated range provided by WorkGenius.
