We're on a mission to scale our brand visibility and customer base across North America and beyond-and we're looking for a data-obsessed Growth Marketing Manager to help take us there.

Role Overview

As Pixio's Growth Marketing Manager, you'll own full-funnel digital acquisition and paid performance. You'll be responsible for building, executing, and optimizing campaigns across all major platforms-including Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, and Display.

You will also own reporting, attribution, tracking infrastructure, and performance insights, working closely with the Sr. Marketing Manager and creative teams. This role is ideal for someone who's highly analytical, hands-on with paid media platforms, and excited to build brand awareness from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities
Paid Media Campaign Management
  • Plan, execute, and scale paid campaigns across:
  • Meta (Facebook, Instagram)
  • Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube)
  • TikTok Ads
  • Reddit
  • Own creative testing roadmap: audience segmentation, hooks, formats, CTAs
  • Optimize campaigns to achieve CPA, ROAS, CAC, and LTV targets
  • Collaborate with the content team to brief and iterate creative assets
Measurement & Attribution
  • Design and implement a robust attribution model
  • Build and maintain UTM structures, tracking frameworks, and pixel/tag setups
  • Utilize tools such as GA4, Meta Events Manager, Google Tag Manager, and server-side tracking solutions (like Segment or Elevar)
Analytics & Reporting
  • Create and maintain dashboards to visualize marketing performance
  • Present weekly/monthly reports on paid performance, CAC/LTV, cohort retention, and blended efficiency
  • Drive forecasting and budgeting with Sr. Marketing Manager
  • Recommend actions based on data insights to improve channel performance
Brand Awareness & Growth Strategy
  • Develop full-funnel strategies to grow visibility in new and existing audiences, new customer acquisition, and re-engagement
  • Explore and test new channels (Reddit, influencers-as-ads, Spotify, etc.)
  • Monitor market trends and competitors to stay ahead of digital growth tactics
  • Work cross-functionally to amplify high-performing paid themes across organic channels
Lifecycle & CRM Support
  • Assist with email and SMS flow strategy (welcome, cart recovery, post-purchase)
  • Monitor campaign performance, A/B tests, and retention metrics in platforms like Klaviyo
  • Maintain audience segmentation frameworks that sync with acquisition targeting
  • Support development of retention experiments, including seasonal re-engagement and milestone campaigns (e.g., second-purchase flows)
Skills & ToolsMust-Haves
  • 5+ years' experience in growth/performance marketing in a DTC, e-commerce, or consumer tech environment
  • Deep proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, TikTok Ads
  • Strong command of GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and conversion APIs
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookups, macros)
  • Experience with BI or visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Looker, Power BI)
  • Excellent understanding of attribution modeling, MMM, and cross-channel analytics
  • Experience working with Shopify ecosystems and integrating third-party performance tools
  • Experience with customer personas and testing strategies by use case or lifestyle segment
  • Experience leading campaign planning for product launches and promotions
  • Strong copy and creative briefing skills tailored to platform-specific performance needs
Bonus Points
  • Experience in consumer electronics or gaming markets
  • Familiarity with DSPs
  • SQL knowledge or experience with marketing mix modeling

    • Awareness campaigns are consistently improving brand recall and engagement
    • The marketing team relies on your insights to guide ad creative, retention, and product launch strategies
    • Growth marketing efforts support broader brand expansion beyond gaming into creative and lifestyle verticals
