Kognitic is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to lead and scale our marketing efforts to scale our oncology, immunology, and neuroscience platform(s). This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic thinker and hands-on builder who thrives at the intersection of creativity, data, and purpose.
In this role, you will design and execute full-funnel campaigns, elevate our digital presence, and position Kognitic as the go-to partner for the life sciences industry, navigating clinical and competitive complexity. From crafting AI-assisted content to building engagement around major industry events, your work will directly fuel our mission to support life sciences innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Growth Campaigns
- Develop and execute integrated campaigns across email, paid media, SEO, webinars, and social media.
- Align campaign efforts with therapeutic priorities, industry moments, and sales objectives.
Content & Social Media Management
- Own and manage Kognitic's presence on LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
- Create original and AI-assisted content, including blog posts, carousel graphics, infographics, and short-form videos using insights and inputs from internal domain experts.
- Maintain a consistent and compelling brand voice across all digital touchpoints.
Lead Generation & Email Marketing
- Drive cold and warm email outreach using segmentation and a conversion-focused strategy through tools like HubSpot.
- Build high-performing landing pages, nurture sequences, and digital assets such as eBooks, one-pagers, and case studies.
Conference & Event Campaigns
- Lead marketing strategy around key industry conferences such as ASCO, BIO, CTAD, AAN, and AACR.
- Develop pre-event buzz, in-event activations, and post-event follow-up content to convert engagement into qualified leads.
Webinars & Virtual Thought Leadership
- Plan and execute webinars, roundtables, and expert panels aligned with industry trends and Kognitic's value propositions.
- Collaborate across science, product, and business development teams to deliver high-impact content.
Analytics & Optimization
- Track KPIs using tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, and Power BI.
- Use data insights to continuously refine targeting, content, and media strategy to maximize ROI.
Sales Enablement Partnership
- Work closely with the sales team to align on campaign priorities, refine messaging, and generate quality leads.
- Create enablement tools including sales decks, case studies, and objection-handling resources.
Marketing Automation
- Set up and optimize workflows in HubSpot for outreach, nurture, and re-engagement.
- Leverage A/B testing and segmentation to personalize and enhance the customer journey.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience
- 5+ years in growth marketing, digital marketing, or demand generation, ideally in healthcare, biotech, or SaaS.
- Strong familiarity with oncology, immunology, and/or neuroscience is highly preferred.
- Startup or high-growth environment experience is a major plus.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Master's degree is preferred.
Tools & Technologies
- Proficient in platforms including HubSpot, Google Analytics, Lumen5, Canva, Jasper, Synthesia, and ChatGPT.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, LinkedIn Ads, and content distribution platforms.
