Growth Marketing Manager, Sensor Solutions
9+ month full-time contract position, with potential for extension
As Growth Marketing Manager at InvenSense, a TDK group company, you will drive global, mass-market growth initiatives for sensor solutions, focusing on developer, partner, distributor and digital marketing.
Since our MEMS and magnetic sensing solutions are used by top consumer, industrial and automotive brands globally, our B2B marketing activities engage hardware engineers who evaluate and select our products for their product designs whether directly, via distributors, or via partner solutions.
Reporting to the Head of Corporate Marketing, you will manage various facets of our marketing to and through channel partners, with responsibilities including developer marketing digital campaigns, distributor marketing enablement, partner marketing communications, and lead management.
You'll work closely with existing external partners and internal partners to plan, execute and optimize our efforts in these areas - while also working with our sales ops team to manage and nurture lead flow.
This role requires hands-on digital marketing campaign expertise with an understanding of B2B semiconductor industry / channel marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Developer & Digital Marketing
- Execute performance marketing campaigns to engage targeted developer audiences
- Optimize lead generation, lead nurture, analytics, and measurement across all digital channels - website, social media, search (SEO/SEM), email, and paid/sponsored channels
- Manage segmented target audience lists, creative briefs, lead nurture program, and metrics tracking for visibility into results against KPIs
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance engagement on our developer forum, which has tens of thousands of registered users
- Align our technical subject matter experts to build knowledge base content within our website and developer forum
Distributor & Channel Marketing
- Coordinate global distributor marketing activities, including optimization of featured product pages, management of digital campaigns, coordination of select regional events, and enablement of online trainings
- Collaborating with our sales, product, and TDK global distributor marketing leads, build plans and best practices for distributor marketing strategies that support business goals
- Serve as a distributor marketing point-of-contact for campaigns and program coordination
Partner Marketing Communications
- Ensure timely and accurate updates to TDK information on partner sites, as well as to our partner web showcase
- Communicate regularly with partners to identify and execute on strategic co-marketing activities, including events, press releases, and social media campaigns, ensuring adherence to legal agreements and co-branding commitments
Industry Marketing and Lead Management
- Serve as the primary coordinator for several select campaigns targeting mass market audiences, in collaboration with TDK regional sales and marketing leads. Manage logistics and details to ensure successful participation and outcomes
- Ensure marketing-generated mass market leads are properly loaded, tracked, and nurtured across sales systems in collaboration with sales operations
- Oversee the management of marketing email responses and maintain digital lead management portal in conjunction with sales ops
Requirements:
- 5+ years' experience in B2B technology marketing
- 5+ years' experience with digital campaign creation and optimization across search/SEO, paid social, and other digital channels
- 2+ years of semiconductor industry experience
- Proven ability to manage multiple marketing channels including digital, developer, distributors, and partnerships
- Demonstrated understanding of sensor technology and its applications, as well as of distributors
- Proficiency engaging directly with engineers and developers on technical topics
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong examples of programs you've owned and managed from strategy through execution to measuring, optimizing, and reporting on results
- Solid project management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with multiple partners across teams and stakeholders
- Ability to lead programs across timezones and a hybrid work environment
- Examples of experience with CRM systems and lead management processes, as well as principles of sales enablement
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and systems
- Examples of campaign planning and coordination experience
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail, with a results orientation
- Ability to travel occasionally for partner meetings, industry events, or onsite collaboration
- Preferrably in San Jose W/Th for team collaboration, with flexible hours on WFH days to allow for 7/8am meetings
