Overview As a Growth Marketing Manager at Credit Genie, you'll lead performance marketing across paid channels, driving strategy and execution to acquire new customers efficiently and at scale. You'll play a key role in developing a data-driven roadmap to optimize customer acquisition, reduce CAC, and maximize ROAS.
What you'll do: - Own and execute Credit Genie's multi-channel acquisition strategy across mobile and web.
- Manage all aspects of paid media, including campaign creation, daily optimization, working with agencies/freelancers, budget pacing, and KPI tracking.
- Track, measure, and report performance against goals and collaborate cross-functionally to identify and close gaps.
- Develop and implement a robust testing and experimentation framework to improve campaign performance and uncover new growth opportunities.
- Identify and refine target audience segments to improve targeting precision and conversion rates.
- Partner closely with creative, analytics, martech, compliance, and product teams to maximize channel effectiveness and streamline operations.
- Function as the expert across channels and stay up to date on industry/competitive trends and technologies, betas, and best practices.
Requirements: You've played a pivotal role in growth at high-performing, fast-paced startups-ideally in FinTech. You bring a sharp analytical mindset, creativity, and deep executional experience to the table.
- 5+ years in growth marketing, with hands-on experience scaling paid acquisition across multiple channels.
- You have a proven track record of developing, implementing, and scaling multi-channel acquisition strategies.
- You have hands-on experience with marketing platforms, MMPs, web optimization, and data analysis tools.
- Strong understanding of marketing measurement frameworks like MMM, incrementality testing, and attribution modeling.
- Data-driven, highly organized, and comfortable managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Exceptional problem-solver with the ability to turn insights into scalable strategies.
- Strong communicator and passionate about working in a fast paced collaborative environment.
- Adaptable, curious, and motivated by fast-moving environments and ambitious growth goals.

Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience. Base salary is just one part of your total compensation and rewards package at Credit Genie. You may also be eligible to participate in the bonus and equity programs.
