Seeking a strategic and hands-on Growth Marketing Manager to support customer acquisition and activation efforts. Pay Rate: $57/hr (w2, eligible for benefits.)
Location: Hybrid - Mid City, Los Angeles , CA

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead email and in-app campaigns using segmentation, triggers, and personalization
- Manage timelines, workflows, and stakeholder communication
- Build campaign trackers and internal reports
- Anticipate needs and proactively resolve roadblocks
- Coordinate with strategy, creative, and legal teams for asset approvals
- Ensure timely execution and alignment with marketing goals
- Analyze campaign results and share insights
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in growth, lifecycle, or acquisition marketing
- Hands-on experience with email and in-app campaigns
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Clear communicator with excellent stakeholder management
- Proficient in Excel
- Self-starter with a collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset
Additional Notes:
- Support campaign intake and change requests
- Review creative assets (email/on-device) during QA
- Provide interim support across teams as needed
