Growth Marketing Manager (12-Month Contract Hybrid in Culver City, CA)
We're working with a top-tier tech company to find a Growth Marketing Manager to join their dynamic team focused on driving user acquisition and retention across consumer products in finance, entertainment, and gifting.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives at the intersection of creativity and performance, is a confident stakeholder manager, and knows how to lead multi-channel lifecycle campaigns from end to end.
Location: Hybrid - Culver City, CA
Duration: 12-month contract
What You'll Do:
- Own the end-to-end execution of email and on-device campaigns (push/in-app), from intake through launch
- Support acquisition and retention marketing strategies across multiple business lines
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and business partners to ensure successful campaign delivery
- Manage work-back schedules, stakeholder communication, and real-time campaign updates
- Create polished internal documentation and campaign summaries using Keynote and Pages
- Ensure compliance with regulated copy, particularly for financial products
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in growth, lifecycle, or acquisition marketing
- Expertise in email marketing and/or in-app messaging campaigns
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and shifting priorities
- Excellent attention to detail - especially when working with regulated content
- Comfortable using Keynote, Pages, Numbers, Excel
- A proactive, collaborative mindset with the ability to flex between different types of campaigns and business goals
