Objectives of the Role:
As a Growth Marketing Manager at Red Oak, you will sit within the Marketing team and work closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to drive scalable, data-informed growth strategies across the customer lifecycle. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, optimize funnel performance, and implement growth experiments that directly impact revenue and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute growth strategies that drive user acquisition, product adoption, and customer expansion across Red Oak's SaaS platform.
- Manage and scale email marketing programs, including segmentation, automation, and performance optimization.
- Oversee marketing automation workflows and nurture campaigns to improve lead quality and conversion.
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn and 6sense.
- Manage and continuously improve website content, user experience, and conversion experiments (e.g., A/B testing, personalization).
- Partner with Sales to optimize lead generation and conversion rates through data-driven experimentation and funnel analysis.
- Collaborate with Product and Customer Success teams to identify and implement initiatives that improve onboarding, engagement, and retention.
- Own and manage growth analytics dashboards, providing visibility into key performance indicators (KPIs) and actionable insights for leadership.
- Identify and evaluate new channels, tools, and technologies that can support scalable growth and customer success.
- Work closely with Revenue Operations to ensure alignment between growth initiatives and broader go-to-market strategies.
- Monitor market trends, customer behavior, and competitive activity to inform growth planning and positioning.
Skills/Qualifications:
Experience: 5+ years in growth, marketing, or revenue-focused roles within a SaaS or financial services technology environment.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field. Advanced certifications in growth marketing, analytics, or product-led growth are a plus.
Technical Proficiency: Strong command of marketing automation platforms, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, HubSpot). Experience with A/B testing tools, customer journey mapping, and funnel optimization.
Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with financial services workflows, compliance considerations, and SaaS growth models.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and present to senior stakeholders.
