We're looking for a Growth Marketer to join our growing Product Marketing team. This role is for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution-balancing content creation, events, social media, and executive communications. You'll craft impactful marketing initiatives that attract, engage, and educate our audience while amplifying the strengths of Efficient Computer's groundbreaking, energy-efficient general-purpose processors and effcc Compiler.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with creative agencies to develop compelling content, including blog posts, press releases, landing pages, and email campaigns, to drive brand awareness and engagement.
- Develop and execute social media strategies that amplify engagement across various channels, including technical publications, to reach key audiences.
- Manage content calendars and social media by crafting posts, engaging with followers, and analyzing platform metrics to optimize performance and impact.
- Develop and execute targeted paid digital campaigns, continuously monitoring performance and optimizing strategies to ensure maximum ROI and engagement.
- Plan and execute industry events, including webinars, trade shows, and future conferences, to attract and engage potential customers.
- Analyze the competitive landscape, tracking market size, growth trends, and profitability to inform strategic market prioritization.
- Craft and communicate compelling value propositions tailored for B2B customers and their B2C end users, ensuring clear market differentiation.
Requirements
- Must have experience in the semiconductor industry.
- 3-5 years of marketing experience, with a strong focus on growth and audience engagement.
- Exceptional technical writing and storytelling skills to create compelling content across various channels.
- Startup experience preferred, with the ability to develop marketing materials that support different stages of growth.
- Proficiency in social media platforms, marketing tools, and content management systems (CMS).
- Highly organized, adaptable, and collaborative, with a problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach.
