We are passionate about making vacation rental management simple and profitable, and we're looking for a Growth Associate to help scale our business and drive impact across marketing, sales, and partnerships.
About the Role We're seeking a scrappy, resourceful, and eager-to-learn Growth Associate to support and execute key initiatives across marketing, partnerships, analytics, and content . You will be instrumental in managing HubSpot , creating dashboards and reports , optimizing social media and content strategies , and assisting with business partnerships . This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is excited to grow within a dynamic company.
What You'll Do- HubSpot Management : Maintain and optimize HubSpot CRM, track performance metrics, and support lead generation efforts.
- Dashboard & Data Analysis : Build and maintain reports in Excel and HubSpot to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and growth metrics.
- Content & Social Media : Support content creation, including blog posts, social media updates, email marketing, and landing pages.
- Partnerships & Outreach : Assist in identifying and managing strategic partnerships, coordinating campaigns, and tracking performance.
- Marketing Operations : Support SEO, paid media, and conversion optimization efforts.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with sales, operations, and marketing teams to align growth initiatives.
What We're Looking For- 1-3 years of experience in growth marketing, business operations, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot (CRM, reporting, workflows).
- Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and data visualization).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to draw insights from data.
- Strong content creation and social media skills (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram).
- Self-starter attitude - you're scrappy, resourceful, and proactive.
- A desire to learn and grow in a high-impact role.
Bonus Points If You Have- Experience in vacation rentals, hospitality, or property management .
- Familiarity with SEO, paid advertising, and growth hacking tactics.
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics, SQL, or data visualization tools .

Salary Range: $70,000-$80,000
