Apartment Groundskeeper

Essential Staffing Solutions is seeking a dedicated Groundskeeper to uphold our high cleanliness standards across our apartment communities. Enhance the resident experience by ensuring our facilities are immaculate and orderly.

Responsibilities:

Maintain the cleanliness of all areas within the apartment communities within designated time frames.

Perform regular upkeep tasks, including pressure washing and leaf blowing.

Deliver excellent customer service to enhance resident satisfaction.

Create daily task lists and accurately record all serviced areas.

Ensure all equipment is in optimal working condition.

Report shortages, damages, or security concerns promptly.

Handle resident complaints and requests professionally and promptly.

Monitor and replenish consumable stock levels as needed.

Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies at all times.

Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in a similar role.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Ability to work independently and stay motivated.

Strong customer service orientation.

Excellent prioritization and time management skills.

Professionalism, speed, and attention to detail.

Proficiency in the English language.
