As a Group Fitness Trainer at Orangetheory Fitness, you will lead energetic, heart-rate-based workouts that keep our members engaged and feeling fantastic. Your positive energy will create an atmosphere that our members look forward to being part of every day.
What You'll Do: - Guide and inspire members through our dynamic, full-body workout sessions.
- Assist members in setting and achieving personal fitness goals.
- Monitor technique to ensure safe and effective exercise execution, providing adjustments when necessary.
- Share your expertise in heart-rate-based training and stay informed on fitness industry trends.
- Confidently demonstrate and operate all studio equipment.
- Be an enthusiastic team player committed to delivering an outstanding member experience.
Requirements: - Current AED/CPR certification.
- Must possess or be actively pursuing a certification from an approved fitness education organization, such as ACE, ACSM, NASM, NSCA, ISSA, NCSF, or AFAA (must be certified before October 23, 2023, recertifications accepted).
- 1-2 years of experience in group fitness instruction or personal training preferred.
