YOUR DAILY IMPACT
Coach and motivate members through our signature F45 workouts with contagious energy
Lead goal-setting consultations with trial members to kickstart their fitness journey
Master and demonstrate perfect form for every exercise
Provide exercise modifications to make workouts accessible for all fitness levels
Support membership growth through exceptional service and genuine connections
Light service desk responsibilities
Set up, break down, clean studio and store away equipment around studio floor before and/or after classes
Be the guardian of proper form to prevent injuries and maximize results
Create an electric atmosphere that keeps members coming back for more
WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TEAM
Prior F45 experience is a plus, but we'll train the right person
Proven track record in group fitness (or show us your potential.)
At least 1 year of personal training experience
Weekend availability (prime time to make your mark.)
A magnetic personality that draws people in
Deep understanding of functional movement and HIIT principles
Social media savvy to help share our community's success stories
THE ESSENTIALS
Current national fitness certification (NSA, ACE, ACSM, PTA Global, NASM, or AFAA)
Valid CPR/First Aid/AED certification
Group training certification
The stamina to bring high energy to every single class
