Position Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and knowledgeable Prenatal and Postpartum Exercise Specialist (or experienced Group Fitness Trainer) to lead small-group fitness classes for our pregnant and postpartum clients. A background in women's fitness or pelvic health is highly desirable, but not required - we're willing to train the right person with strong group coaching experience.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience leading group fitness classes (required).

  • A specialty certification in Prenatal/Postpartum fitness or pelvic health is a plus, but not required - willingness to learn is most important.
  • Strong understanding of low-impact strength training, cardio, and core-safe movements.
  • Ability to communicate clearly, motivate clients, and create a positive class experience.
  • CPR/AED certified (or willing to obtain).

Bonus if you:
