Job Description:
This position will be responsible for overseeing a team of paid social strategy & buying professionals, in addition to overseeing strategic client approaches, integrated with all digital channels under the Performance Group (Paid Search, Programmatic, Social, Affiliate). They will take a lead role in agency and client education in the social space, along with leading New Business pitching and onboarding for the channel.

Preferred Skills & Experience
- Degree in marketing, social media marketing, digital marketing preferred
- 9+ years of related work experience in online advertising environments (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter etc.)
- Strong client-facing voice and experience being a client and team lead in Paid Social
- Proficiency with Excel and Forecasting
- Direct hands-on experience in online advertising environments having directly managed a high volume of paid social buys (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter) preferred, but not required
- Trouble-Shooting skills related to social platforms, Ads APIs and New Product releases
