Responsibilities: Med-pass, nursing techniques, record-keeping, care planning, medication administration, staff supervision, infection control. Qualifications: Nursing school graduate, MA licensure, CPR certification, nursing experience preferred. Safety & Health: Identifies hazards, follows safety protocols, infection control. Individual Growth: Participate in education programs, maintain professional appearance, punctuality, assist others. Documentation: Incident reporting, care documentation. General: Compliance with regulations, resident rights, teamwork, follow nursing policies. Non-essential: Assist new employees, participate in care conferences, follow care plans, admission/discharge procedures, post mortem care.
