Group Copy Supervisor

Our client is hiring a Group Copy Supervisor responsible for overseeing the creative work produced by Copy Supervisors and other team members assigned to you. Your role will also involve contributing to performance reviews, along with the Associate Creative Director, and participating in strategic communications. This role requires that you have experience with Market Access/Payer and HCP within ad agency environment.

Location: Remote (U.S based working EST hours)
Salary : $120-155k

One of your key responsibilities as a GCS is writing primary sales pieces, secondary "pick-up" pieces, and all other copy related to your assigned account(s). You will actively participate in concept sessions with the creative team, provide reference and highlight copy as needed, and attend internal product-related and creative meetings. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to showcase your leadership skills in client presentations and new business pitches.

To excel in this role, you must develop a deep understanding of your assigned brand(s), including the disease state, market dynamics, marketing strategy, and tactical plan. Keeping up-to-date with therapeutic markets through research on journals, competitive ads, and article summaries is essential. You will also play an integral part in developing creative briefs and job opening meetings.

As a resource for both the account team and clients alike, you should be adept at solving creative problems by providing innovative solutions while adhering to regulatory guidelines set forth by federal agencies such as FDA. Maintaining positive relationships with internal agency members as well as client counterparts is crucial.

Your ability to deliver accurate work within timelines while managing competing priorities demonstrates your efficiency and professionalism. It is important that you understand how your actions impact others within the agency.
