Groundworks Supervisor - Norwich

UKR Group is looking for an experienced Groundworks Supervisor to start ASAP in a job in Norwich, Norfolk.
As a Groundwork supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of work, etc. toolbox talks, and paperwork. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Construction industry, with experience in groundworks and site management.
Experience
- Previous experience in a groundworks supervisory role within the Construction industry
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality
To be successful in this Groundworks Supervisor job you must have:
- SSSTS Qualification
- Gold CSCS card
- Medical
- Highway Passport
- Excellent level of experience in all groundworks
- Experience in managing/supervising groundworkers
- Proof of right to work in the UK
Experience:
- Groundworks Supervisor: 3- 4 years (preferred)
