Compensation: $13-$21/hr with a starting rate of $19.66.
Schedule: Requires open availability and weekends.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Front End: Provide exceptional service by developing strong customer relationships. Operate POS systems accurately, ensuring all items are scanned and priced correctly. Perform cart transfers and check customer purchases against receipts.
- Sales Floor and Stocking: Drive sales by assisting customers, receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and maintaining product rotation. Ensure labels are accurate and assist with price changes.
- Customer Courtesy: Maintain a safe and clean environment for customers and staff. Clean the sales floor, restrooms, and outdoor areas, and manage the cart collection.
WORK ENVIRONMENT: This role is performed in a retail setting subjected to varying weather conditions and noise levels. Some tasks may require climbing or using ladders.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 6-12 months of retail cashier or stocking experience is required. One year of customer service experience is preferred.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: A passion for excellent customer service, adaptability, basic computer skills, cash handling experience, and the ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
EDUCATION: High School Diploma or equivalent work experience is required.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to stand continuously, lift up to 50 lbs frequently, and perform various physical activities throughout the shift.
