Title: Grocery Store Manager
Location: Greater Westchester County, NY Area
Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
Summary:
This leadership role is responsible for managing all aspects of a high-volume grocery retail store. Reporting to senior leadership, the Store Manager will drive operational excellence, lead a high-performing team, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in grocery retail, a proven ability to engage teams, and a results-driven mindset. Discretion and professionalism are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily store operations to meet sales, service, and profitability goals.
- Engage, motivate, and develop team members to ensure high performance and retention.
- Communicate clearly and consistently across all levels of the team.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and legal requirements.
- Manage inventory, merchandising, and promotional execution.
