Overview of Responsibilities: As a Grocery Associate at Sprouts Farmers Market, your role will encompass various departments such as Dry Grocery, Dairy, and Frozen Foods. You will be responsible for stocking shelves, filling frozen food displays, and ensuring the cleanliness and presentation of the store. This position involves receiving product deliveries, verifying accuracy, and transporting products to the sales floor. Restrictions for Team Members under 18: - No use of knives (except safety cutters)
- No use of ladders
- No operation of garbage or cardboard compactors
- No operation of powered equipment (including manual pallet jacks)
- No prolonged work in coolers or freezers
Qualifications: - Minimum age of 16 years
- Dependable and flexible, with the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Respectful towards others and dedicated to a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion
- Positive attitude and strong customer interaction skills
- Good communication skills with a knack for teamwork
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks, multi-task, prioritize, and stay organized
- Capable of lifting and moving boxes weighing up to 60 lbs. for short distances without assistance

- Willingness to perform other related duties as assigned
