Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and cook food items on the grill according to recipes and quality standards. - Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the grill, cooking utensils, and kitchen equipment. - Ensure all food items are cooked to the appropriate temperature and consistency. - Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines. - Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies as needed. - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service.
