PURPOSE OF THE JOB The purpose of this position is to develop graphic design for Enterprise-wide marketing initiatives while upholding corporate brand standards. This position exists to collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure visual integrity and consistency of materials across the organization.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Develops graphic design for internal corporate communications and external customer marketing.
- Conceptualizes, designs, and executes a broad range of marketing communications, multimedia, and motion graphics projects for, print, video, web, and email - including brochures, sales sheets, flyers, folders, posters, direct mail, corporate videos, internal and external websites, marketing demos, print and web ads, etc.
- Develops and produces graphic design for companywide external events (Trade Shows, Customer Events, etc.).
- Assists in the review and selection of multiple design aspects for various marketing projects, e.g., audio, video, colors, type font, animation, etc.
- Maintains and follows best practices for versioning control, naming convention, and organization of graphic files.
- Maintains up-to-date knowledge about latest graphic design techniques.
Collaborates with team members across an organizational matrix as well as external vendors.
- Works cross-functionally with multiple departments to understand project scope and objectives.
- Contributes creativity, innovative thinking, and problem-solving as part of overall Enterprise Marketing Team.
- Interfaces with Web team to ensure brand consistency between print and web.
- Manages key relationships with outside vendors in the production of marketing related materials.
- Participates in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas.
Creates integrated multi-channel campaigns that strengthen brand awareness, communicate unique selling propositions, and help maximize revenue growth, renewal retention, customer satisfaction, and team member engagement.
- Leverages understanding of key business and marketing goals to develop relevant and impactful communications.
- Presents creative solutions, providing rational and justifications, from both a design and a business perspective.
- Plays a key stewardship role ensuring brand guidelines are upheld across all marketing assets.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This role does not have supervisory responsibilities.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or related field with a minimum of 2 years of related experience, or a minimum of 6 years related experience required.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS None required.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS Ability to effectively present creative ideas and recommendations to senior management. Ability to work on both MAC and PC platforms. Print and promotional vendor management experience required. Proficiency in Adobe Cloud is required. HTML knowledge/web design preferred. Photography and video shooting/editing preferred. Experience with Pardot or other email marketing automation platform preferred. Corporate communications and/or branding experience preferred. WordPress experience preferred.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Office environment - no specific or unusual physical or environmental demands and employees are regularly required to sit, walk, stand, talk, and hear.
WORK ENVIRONMENT This position operates in an office environment and requires the frequent use of a computer, telephone, copier, and other standard office equipment.

$68,481.25 - $115,489.01
This range is exclusive of fringe benefits and potential bonuses. If hired at ICW Group, your final base salary compensation will be determined by factors unique to each candidate, including experience, education and the location of the role and considers employees performing substantially similar work.
